So, what's the program all about?

This 10-month Travel Consultant program combines uni-accredited study with indsutry-ready skills training and experience, designed to help you hit the ground running for your career in Travel Consulting.

DURATION:
10 months full-time (4 x 9-week study periods/semesters)

Also available in part-time: 20 months (8 x 9-week study periods/semesters)

Step 1: Study

Start with 4 subjects full-time (part-time options available) learning business, marketing and travel and tourism.

Study Full-time: 2 x 9-week study periods studying 2 subjects in each
Study Part-time: 4 x 9-week study periods studying 1 subject in each

Step 3: Study + Specialise

Continue with your final 4 subjects full-time (part-time options available), including your Travel Consulting elective — learning systems, destinations, KPIs, the sales processa nd more.

Study Full-time: 2 x 9-week study periods studying 2 subjects in each
Study Part-time: 4 x 9-week study periods studying 1 subject in each

 

Graduate + Work

Finish with a Diploma + indsutry-ready skills and experience under your belt. Use our connections to apply for Travel Consulting roles at some of Australia's leading travel brands — plus, you’ll have a direct pathway into 2nd year of the Bachelor of Business with Torrens University Australia.

Flight Centre Scholarship

Ok, what's the catch?

When you succeed, we succeed! This payment of up to $18,000 for qualifying travel consultants is our way of saying thank you.

Scholarships will be awarded based on academic achievement, to qualify students who have:

  • Completed the Diploma of Travel and Tourism, including the Travel Consulting elective subject.
  • Awarded a credit or higher for the Travel Consulting elective subject; and
  • Completed 2 years full-time employment in a Flight Centre store in Australia.
