Once you submit your application, Torrens University Australia will assess your details against the relevant entry requirements. If your application meets the eligibility criteria, you may receive a Conditional Letter of Offer by email. Our Enrolments Team may may contact you by email or SMS if any information is missing, help with documentation and answer any questions you might have.
Submitting the online application starts your enrolment process beginning with a Letter of Offer. You're not enrolled, and there's no cost, until you've completed the application process and your documents have been assessed.
That's fine. Submit your online application anyway. An enrolment consultant can talk you through exactly what's needed and what counts as acceptable proof of citizenship and education, and you can send documents through once you have them.
You will need to provide Identification documents. Depending on your circumstances, you may need to provide proof of citizenship or residency status, along with evidence of your previous education. You'll also need a Tax File Number (TFN) to complete a FEE-HELP application if you're eligible and wish to apply.
If your application meets the eligibility criteria, Torrens University Australia will send your Conditional Letter of Offer to the email address you provided. Follow the instructions in your offer to accept it and complete any outstanding requirements.
The Flight Centre Travel Academy Diploma of Travel and Tourism is a tertiary qualification and costs $2,420 per subject. At a total cost of $19,360 for the 8 subjects required for your Diploma, this is pretty standard for higher education study in Australia.
The Diploma offers 100% FEE-HELP and NO UPFRONT FEES for eligible students which means you don't pay anything until you start earning.

No, you can start your application without a Tax File Number (TFN). However, if you're eligible for FEE-HELP and wish to defer your tuition fees, you'll need a TFN to complete your FEE-HELP application. Make sure you keep your TFN secure and only provide it through the approved process.

1. Application and eligibility
Submitting an online application does not guarantee admission to the Diploma of Travel & Tourism or a place in the Whitsundays Study + Jobs program. All applications are subject to eligibility requirements, assessment and availability of places.
2. Study requirements
The Study + Jobs program combines a Diploma of Travel & Tourism qualification delivered by Torrens University Australia with employment opportunities associated with your chosen program. Completing the required study and assessment activities is a compulsory part of the program.
3. Supporting documentation
You may be required to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, citizenship or residency status, previous education and eligibility for admission. Your application may not progress until the required information and documentation have been provided and assessed.
4. Letter of Offer
If your application meets the relevant eligibility requirements, Torrens University Australia may issue you a Conditional Letter of Offer by email. You must follow the instructions in your offer and satisfy any applicable conditions before your enrolment can be finalised.
5. Tuition fees and FEE-HELP
Tuition fees and payment arrangements are subject to the applicable course and university requirements. Eligible students may be able to access FEE-HELP to defer eligible tuition fees, subject to government eligibility criteria and completion of the required application process. FEE-HELP is not available to everyone, and you are responsible for understanding your fees and payment obligations.
6. Employment opportunities
The program provides employment opportunities associated with your chosen program. Submitting an application or enrolling in the Diploma does not, by itself, guarantee employment. Any employment opportunity is subject to the relevant employer's requirements and selection processes, as applicable.
7. Communication
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that Flight Centre Travel Academy and/or Torrens University Australia may contact you using the contact details you provide about your application, supporting documentation, offer and enrolment requirements. Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and privacy requirements.
8. Accuracy of information
You confirm that the information provided in your application is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may affect your application or enrolment.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the relevant privacy policies of Flight Centre Travel Academy and Torrens University Australia. Your information may be shared between the organisations where necessary to assess and administer your application and enrolment, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
10. Final enrolment
Your place in the program is not confirmed until the applicable admission, offer acceptance, documentation and enrolment requirements have been satisfied and your enrolment has been confirmed.
