Short Course Terms and Conditions
Student Cancellation with notice provided;
- greater than 14 days before booked class date receive full refund
- between 7 and 14 days is 50% refund
- less than 7 days is no refund
Student Rescheduling class date with notice;
- greater than 7 days before booked class date is free
- less than 7 days costs additional $500 (includes no show for class also)
FCTA can use discretion and waive any of the above where suitable special circumstances apply.
FCTA Class Cancellation
To ensure the best learning environment for students there must be a minimum of 5 students for a class to go ahead. This will be confirmed 7 days before the class. If a class is cancelled, booked students will have the opportunity to move to another class for free. If a suitable date cannot be found, the student will be entitled to a full refund.
As our Travel Academy operates within Flight Centre Travel Group head office locations, we ask that you wear neat and tidy smart casual attire. You will come across industry employers and for this reason, we’d recommend you look sharp to always impress them.
We respectfully ask that no ripped clothing, skimpy items or offensive attire be worn.
Students who arrive more than 1hr late may be refused entry to the class and will need to reschedule (incurring additional cost). If you're running late, please phone to let us know and we can advise you on your options based on your situation.
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Any student disrespecting another person or property will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
Payment for your course must be paid in full to secure your place in class. You are not able to attend class if payment not received in full.
Lombard are a fully independent third party provider and FCTA have no responsibility in the approval or repayment processes for their services. If you are accessing Lombard's loan facility it is your responsibility to read all their terms and conditions and comply with their requirements.
